1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be considered for purchases made directly from our STK BIOTECH Herbal Ecommerce Store (www.stkbiotech.com) only.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. If the product packaging has been tampered with or the seal is broken, the refund request will not be accepted.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests:

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund request.
  • After the 30-day period has passed, we regret that we cannot process any refund requests.

3. Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, customers must contact our Customer Support team at support@stkbiotech.com or call our helpline at  0909 075 3379
  • The customer will be required to provide the following details: order number, date of purchase, reason for the refund, and supporting evidence (if applicable).
  • Once the refund request is received and approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the product(s).
  • The return shipping costs for the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by STK BIOTECH.

4. Refund Approval:

  • All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed by our team.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the provided information and adherence to our refund policy.
  • If the request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product(s).

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including digital products (e-books, downloadable content, etc.), perishable goods, and personalized items (custom formulations, etc.).
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or process refunds on perishable or opened items.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the event that a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, customers must inform our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.
  • We will replace the damaged or defective item free of charge or issue a full refund, based on the customer’s preference.

7. Changes to Refund Policy:

  • STK BIOTECH reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be applicable to all future purchases and refund requests.
